About The Savings Hub
The Savings Hub is a registered Scottish charity providing free, one-to-one help with energy, broadband, mobile and TV bills. We help people check their current bills, compare suitable deals and complete a change if they choose — including practical help with switching and setup.
We work across North Lanarkshire, with appointments in people's homes and at community venues. Scottish Charity Number: SC055539.
Our purpose
We help people overcome the difficulties that can prevent them from finding a cheaper or more suitable household service. These may include limited confidence online, confusing contracts, lack of knowledge or difficulty finding time. We help people compare their options and carry out the changes they choose.
How we work
At the first visit, we check current bills and contracts, use comparison websites and provider information, and explain suitable options. If the person chooses to change, we help complete the switch and provide setup support at a second visit where needed. We adapt the visits to their needs.
Independent support
All our support is free. We receive no commission or referral fees. The person decides whether to change anything, and we only proceed with their agreement. Savings are not guaranteed.
